January employee spotlight

Happy New Year!!  2022 starts out with a bang as we are celebrating Art Graham! Art started at TSI as a contractor in April 2020, right when the pandemic was locking down everything, him along with all our employees adjusted to the new normal and blossomed.

 Art is our inventory specialist up at our plant in Monticello, Minnesota. He uses his experience in computers, engineering, databases, and developing systems every day. He has helped transition the plant into the 21st century and continues to normalize inventory.

 Outside of work he likes to go on walks in the summer time and  snowshoe on trails in the winter with his wife, Mary while they photograph nature. He and his wife have been serving in a ministry called Bible Study Fellowship for many years. Several years ago, they had an opportunity to go to Israel and it was one of the highlights of their lives. They have no children, but love to spoil their Maltese pup, Winnie. He does not want to retire since this is his perfect job, but in a couple years he plans to hang it up and give someone else a chance to have fun.

Art brings many skills to the table, but some things are not measurable by a specific standard. His calm demeanor and positive attitude are an invaluable part of his contributions to TSI. He greets everyone with a smile and is always willing to lend a hand to a teammate in need. Art, thank you for all you do and all you will do in the future.
