The WC-30 Truck Wheel Cleaner quickly and safely removes rust; debris and particle build up on the wheel bead and rim flange areas of the wheel.  The WC-30 will clean aluminum and steel wheels from 20″ to 32″ rim diameters and up to 20″ wide, including super singles!  Clean bead seat and rim flange areas are necessary to insure proper seating of the tire bead and reduces the risk of air leaks at the bead.  The WC-30 is a self contained automated unit that allows an operator to safely clean the wheel without the risk of being hit by flying debris or inhaling harmful dust.

• Enclosed cabinet has full range opening doors to allow easy placement of wheel into cabinet and on to drive rollers.
• The WC-30 has two rubber coated drive rollers to protect rim flange and to positively rotate the wheel.
• Wheel is protected on outer surface with a plastic shield to prevent damage and scratches.
• Large capacity internal vacuum system captures particles of dirt and dust that come from the wheel during the cleaning process.  This permits a clean air working environment. Vacuum has a large capacity and replaceable filter.
• Internal 150 watt long life halogen lamp to properly  illuminate wheel  allowing the operator to view the cleaning operation.
• Large 6” diameter wire brush is powered directly by a 2 HP, 3450 RPM electric motor.
• A heavy duty slide system design allows proper cleaning brush position.  Cleaning brush is easily positioned by two adjustable hand cranks.
• Door safety switch prevents machine operation unless doors are closed.
• Large viewing windows permit excellent operator view and control.
• UL and ULC approved components.
